Throughout my life I have always struggled with my weight...a constant yo-yo on the scale. I am joining this forum to gain a support system to help me through this new chapter in my life. I am married with 2 kids and 2 dogs...and I just want the most out of life!! The first step to achieve this goal is to control and reprogram myself as it pertains to the foods that I choose to consume. That is the one constant factor in poor health among Americans. Food is truly the silent killer.
