Fist of all you have to accept the fact that you can't lose weight if you sit around on your couch the whole day and don't work out. No food will or can help in that situation. But with proper working out there are some foods that can actually help boost the process. I can suggest some juice for this purpose. Carrot Juice, karela juice, cucumber juice, pomegranate juice. These fruits will cleanse your body and will help you to lose weight. Thank you.

broccoli, celery, lettuce, carrots. these vegetable have very low food value. If you make juice of them and drink everyday in the morning it can help reduce weight. But remember that no food can reduce your weight directly.you have to work out for that.

Eating is very important for weight loss, especially if we are talking about a calorie deficit.
