Hi, I’m Don and welcome to my Juicing Blog at JustOnJuice.com.
I created this juicing blog to help people with their juicing experiences. I’ve juiced long enough to know the ins and outs and well enough to give advice and help answer your questions related to juicing. When I first started juicing I was very skeptical and didn’t think I would last more than a day or two. Before I started I weighed in at 210 lbs, had a horrible diet, very high blood pressure, no energy and trouble getting enough sleep at night.
Within two weeks I had dropped 20 pounds, lost 2 sizes in my pants, got off my blood pressure medication, started sleeping well all through the night, and gained an enormous amount of energy that lasts all throughout the day. I used to drink caffeine all day but now I no longer need or crave it. I would go through 4-6 cups of coffee and then sip on soda when I got home. Juicing has opened my eyes and shown me the rewards of being healthy.
The first three days of juicing was hard, but easier than I anticipated. I got a few slight headaches but no real hunger, starving or deep cravings for food. The juice was plenty to sustain me and I could feel a difference each and every day I juiced. It’s important to read up on juicing especially if you are new to it.
